Understand the scope
Open Reach → Preferences. These workspace defaults cover Sending, Limits, Compliance and Branding; Overview summarizes readiness. Review the selected workspace before saving.
Defaults are used when a campaign does not supply its own schedule or relevant delivery setting. Campaign-specific controls can take precedence; review both the campaign and workspace settings when investigating timing.
Set the sending window
- Open Sending and select the default timezone.
- Choose send days and set the start and end of the permitted window. Check the calculated availability.
- Review recipient-timezone fallback controls further down the page when they are relevant to your audience.
- Confirm that the chosen days and window suit your organization before saving.
Set a deliberate timezone and sending window. Existing configuration values are hidden; the selected controls illustrate the screen layout.

- Open Limits and review Max per hour, Max per day and Delay between emails.
- Use a pace your sending account can support. Respect the plan minimum displayed beside the delay field.
- Check campaign-specific delay and rate controls before assuming a workspace change will alter a campaign.

- Open Compliance and review company name, physical mailing address, privacy policy URL and unsubscribe label.
- Check whether values are inherited from workspace branding or editable under a custom source. Update inherited identity in its owning workspace settings.
- Review readiness indicators and resolve missing information before outreach. The indicators are setup checks, not legal certification.
Review the legal identity shown in outgoing email. Workspace-specific company and link values are hidden.
Account details and configuration values are hidden.Choose branding deliberately
Open Branding and choose the available workspace or custom branding source. Workspace inheritance keeps identity consistent; a custom source enables the supported Reach-specific overrides.
Review brand name, logo, header and footer text using Email preview. When inherited fields are disabled, change the source intentionally or edit the owning workspace settings. Do not duplicate a sender signature in the footer.
Save and check
- Choose Save preferences and wait for the success or error feedback.
- Use Reload to fetch saved values if you need to verify persistence; unsaved edits will be replaced.
- Preview a campaign using the intended sender to check the final signature, branding, legal information and unsubscribe presentation.
Troubleshooting
- Unexpected delivery time: compare campaign timezone and schedule with workspace defaults and permitted send days.
- Disabled identity fields: check whether branding is inherited from workspace settings.
- Delay rejected: use at least the plan minimum shown in the UI.
- Save error: retain the intended values, check your access and correct the reported field before retrying.
