Find the correct campaign
Open Reach → Campaigns. Search by title, subject or sender and filter by status. Mine and All scopes depend on your access; broader scope and creator-role filtering are not available to every member.
Check the exact campaign and workspace before using an action. Stats is a review surface; Send, Approve, Pause, Resume, Retry, Cancel and Delete can change delivery or retained records.
Action availability changes with campaign state and permissions. Names, subjects, identifiers, schedules and performance values are hidden.
Account details and configuration values are hidden.Drafts and approval
Save Draft retains a campaign without launching delivery. Where review is required, Submit For Approval creates a pending review state rather than a live send.
An authorized reviewer should inspect audience, message, variables, sender, timing and follow-ups before choosing Approve or Reject. Approval controls appear only when the campaign and reviewer are eligible.
Interpret campaign status
- Draft: retained for later review or finalization.
- Pending approval: waiting for an authorized decision.
- Scheduled or pending: delivery has not necessarily reached recipients; inspect the delivery time and queue.
- Sending: recipient processing is active or progressing under the configured limits.
- Paused: investigate why work is paused before resuming.
- Completed or sent: inspect recipient results rather than assuming every message was accepted.
- Failed or canceled: review the cause and available recovery options before taking another action.
Pause, reconnect and resume
- Review Stats and the current campaign status to understand what remains.
- When Pause is available, use it if continued sending is inappropriate. Work already accepted for delivery is not recalled.
- If connection recovery is required, reconnect the correct sender and verify readiness.
- Use Resume only when the underlying issue is resolved and continued outreach remains appropriate.
Recover failures carefully
- Inspect failed-recipient details and failure reasons. Separate temporary connection problems from invalid addresses, suppression or policy rejection.
- Correct the applicable sender or configuration problem before using Retry.
- Review the displayed retryable count and use the available immediate or scheduled retry action. Retry options depend on recipient eligibility and campaign state.
- Inspect the resulting status and recipient results after the action. Repeated retries do not fix a bad address or restore permission to contact an opt-out.
Edit, cancel and delete
Use Edit only when available for that campaign. Review unsent changes before saving; do not assume a changed message rewrites earlier deliveries. Cancel stops eligible future work rather than recalling accepted email.
Before Delete, identify the campaign and review the confirmation carefully. Export is a separate operation: confirm its scope and handle downloaded contact data privately.
Troubleshooting
- Action missing: check ownership, role, current status and recipient eligibility.
- Approval pending: ask the designated authorized reviewer to inspect the campaign.
- Retry unavailable: there may be no eligible failed recipients or a blocking policy/state.
- Unexpected totals: compare main campaign and follow-up counts, then use recipient-level results to explain the difference.
