What the platform shares
A workspace brings your team, business identity, communication defaults and module access together. Modules support their own operational workflows while using these shared settings where supported. Start with the business boundary and required modules before configuring individual workflows.
This guide covers the shared web dashboard. Available controls depend on your role, subscribed modules and the selected workspace. A setting visible to an administrator may be unavailable to a member.
Check the active workspace before configuring shared settings or opening Team.
Before you begin
- Confirm the workspace name and business you are configuring. Switch to the intended workspace before changing settings.
- Ask the owner to grant the administrative access required for setup. Membership alone does not grant configuration or billing access.
- Prepare approved business details, a support contact and brand assets. Keep credentials ready in your secure account records, never in a shared document.
Recommended setup order
- Review the organization, tenant and workspace boundary in the workspace-boundaries guide.
- Open Workspace settings and save Business identity. Review Public page appearance for supported customer-facing pages.
- Open Team to invite people and review their workspace role and module access.
- Configure Email & templates and WhatsApp only for the channels you intend to use. Review notification preferences.
- Review Billing for module plans, bundles, the billing profile and available shared credits.
- Connect business payment providers or Commerce integrations only when the corresponding workflows require them.
Check readiness
Have an administrator and an ordinary member verify their expected access. Review supported public-page and email previews before sharing links or sending messages. Confirm the correct environment before using any live connection.
Use a small, approved test workflow in the intended module. Saving a provider connection is not proof that every downstream workflow is ready.
If setup is blocked
If a page is unavailable, check the selected workspace, your role and module plan first. Ask the owner for the specific access you need rather than requesting broad administrative rights.
For connection failures, review the provider and environment shown in that settings page. Give support the page name and error message with sensitive details removed. Never send passwords, API keys or signing secrets.
