Set the investigation scope
Open Reach → Deliverability. Choose a range, campaign and campaign label where available. Use the same filters when comparing views.
Health provides triage; Performance, Inbox & Reputation, Campaigns and Activity & Issues provide focused investigation. A health score is an operational indicator, not a delivery guarantee.

- Review delivery accepted, bounce or failed signals, native opt-outs, open and click indicators, and monitored inbox placement where data exists.
- Read What needs attention first and Action center. Follow the relevant route to Safety or sender setup when a restriction or connection issue needs attention.
- Check whether a displayed value has enough observations to be useful before changing delivery policy.
Inspect performance and campaign context
Performance helps compare delivery and engagement over time. Campaigns narrows the investigation to individual campaign risk and results.
Compare the same period, campaign and label, and distinguish acceptance, failure and engagement. Inspect campaign Stats when the aggregate view needs recipient-level context.
Review Inbox & Reputation
Review the available domains, authentication and tracking readiness indicators. A ready tracking domain does not by itself establish every domain authentication setting or reputation measure.
Monitored placement uses Reach-readable seed inboxes and sample probes. It is evidence for that sample, not a statement about every recipient mailbox. Some recipient spam-button signals are not observable in this view; absence of a signal does not prove zero complaints.
Inspect Activity & Issues
- Review recent observed events and delivery-failure information under the selected scope.
- Look for whether the issue concerns a connection, address, domain restriction, mail policy or another reported failure.
- Separate temporary problems from contacts that should remain suppressed.
- Correct the relevant cause before considering an eligible campaign retry.
Take a targeted action
Use Safety for suppression and blocked domains, Senders for connection and tracking readiness, and Campaigns for eligible pause, resume or retry actions. Review each action’s exact scope.
Increasing volume or repeatedly retrying is not an appropriate response to unexplained failures. Start with a small, permitted audience after correcting the underlying issue.
Troubleshooting
- No observations: expand the relevant range and verify the campaign, access scope and supported sender inbox connection.
- High acceptance with low engagement: inspect audience quality, message relevance and tracking limitations; acceptance is not inbox placement.
- Missing placement: configure readable monitoring inboxes and run an intentional sample test through the placement workflow.
- Metrics disagree: compare scope, period, unique versus event counts and initial versus follow-up sends.
