Understand the reporting scope
Open Reach → Analytics. This page reports delivery and engagement for initial campaign sends, within the campaigns your role can access. Follow-up activity is reviewed through campaign operations and the relevant health views.
The reporting period filters campaigns by their creation window. A campaign created earlier may be absent even if it has recent activity; use All time when checking that case.
Choose a period
- Select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time.
- Keep the same period and access scope when comparing reports.
- Review the initial-sends-only label before reconciling these figures with broader campaign or follow-up totals.
Analytics separates initial sends from follow-ups. Account performance values are hidden.
Account details and configuration values are hidden.Read delivery volume
- Campaigns and recipients describe the included campaign population.
- Sent represents accepted initial sends, not confirmed inbox placement.
- Pending represents recipients still waiting under the relevant campaign state or schedule.
- Failed needs investigation through campaign results and delivery health.
- Replies should be inspected in Inbox; an automated reply is not necessarily sales interest.
Interpret engagement rates
Open, click and reply rates describe unique engaged recipients in the displayed reporting scope. They are different from raw event counts or repeated opens.
Open tracking can be affected by image loading and mailbox privacy behavior. Clicks can include link scanning. A low or zero value can also reflect tracking settings or limited observation; do not interpret it alone as proof of disinterest.
Compare campaigns
- Review By campaign using the same period.
- Compare delivery state, sent volume and unique engagement before concluding one campaign performed better.
- Open the matching campaign’s Stats for recipient-level context and follow-up detail.
- Use Deliverability for failure, reputation and monitored-placement questions.
Troubleshooting
- Campaign missing: check its creation date, period, workspace and your access scope.
- Totals differ from Campaigns: check initial sends versus follow-ups and unique recipients versus raw activity.
- No engagement: review whether tracking was enabled and whether observations are available.
- No data for a period: choose an appropriate period; an empty report is not a loading failure when no eligible campaigns exist.
