Before you start
Reach brings prospects, sender accounts, templates, campaigns, follow-ups and replies into your selected workspace. Confirm the workspace before importing contacts or launching a campaign.
Your plan must include Reach, your membership must be active, and your role must allow the action you want to perform. An account with broader access may show controls that are unavailable to another member.
Find your way around Reach
- Work: Overview, Prospects, Campaigns and Inbox cover the operating queue.
- Email: Senders, Templates, Preferences and Safety prepare reusable assets and delivery controls.
- Health: Analytics and Deliverability explain performance and delivery issues.
Use the grouped navigation to move from setup to campaign operations and delivery review.
Prepare your workspace
- Review business identity and shared credits in the platform settings. Reach sender accounts are managed separately from shared operational email delivery.
- Open Senders and connect a mailbox your organization is authorized to use. Check its connection status and signature.
- Open Preferences and review sending windows, rate limits, legal identity and branding.
- Open Safety and review existing suppression and domain restrictions before choosing an audience.
Prepare your audience and message
- Import a small, authorized CSV into Prospects, or use a campaign-specific CSV or manual list in the campaign builder.
- Map the email field and any personalization fields. Review imported, updated and skipped records before scaling the list.
- Create a reusable template if the message will be used again. Confirm variables and the sender signature in the preview.
Launch your first campaign
- Open Campaigns and choose New campaign. Complete Audience, Message, Setup & Schedule, Follow-ups and Review.
- Start with a small audience. Check the selected sender, resolved variables, delivery time, tracking settings and credit estimate.
- Choose Save Draft when available to retain work without delivery. Otherwise follow the displayed draft, approval or creation action for your role.
- After a successful creation or approval, monitor the campaign status. Review replies in Inbox and delivery issues in Deliverability.
Daily operating check
- Check queued and active sends before changing sender connections or sending policy.
- Review replies and honor opt-outs; a reply count is not the same as a qualified lead count.
- Investigate failures before retrying. Accepted delivery does not establish inbox placement.
- Compare reports using the same period and scope; initial-send analytics and follow-up activity have different boundaries.
If you cannot proceed
A missing action may reflect module access, membership, campaign ownership or a workspace policy. Ask an administrator to review the relevant permission rather than switching to another workspace to bypass the restriction.
If creation is blocked, inspect audience selection, sender readiness, required message fields, unresolved variables, follow-up validation and credit balance. Keep the campaign unsent until the cause is understood.
