Read the balance in context

Billing shows the available credit balance and the scope it belongs to. Where the page indicates several workspaces share a balance, consumption must be interpreted across that shared scope.

Credits support the chargeable activities covered by the current product rules. They are separate from business customer payments and do not automatically replace a required module subscription.

The scope summary explains whether the balance is shared across workspaces.

Review credit movement

  1. Open Billing and confirm the current scope and plan summary.
  2. Open Credit Activity to inspect the available balance and individual entries.
  3. Review why credits were reserved, deducted or released rather than comparing only the opening and closing totals.
  4. Compare relevant activity with the intended module workflow and, where applicable, AI usage.
  5. Review Orders for platform payment history when reconciling a credit purchase.

Reservations and final usage

An operation may reserve credits before its final charge or release is recorded. The activity history explains these movements; a reservation should not be interpreted as a second independent purchase.

Use the recorded entries and current product quote for amounts. This guide does not prescribe a fixed credit rate or promise that every operation is free.

Access and purchases

Only authorized billing users can perform the purchase actions available in their supported billing experience. The iOS app keeps platform billing read-only.

A low balance and a missing module entitlement are different causes of blocked work. Review both before changing a plan or funding the balance.

If a balance looks wrong

Check the scope and shared-workspace indication first. Then inspect the relevant reservation, deduction, release or payment entry.

If an operation or order is still unresolved, review its status before retrying. Provide support with the visible reference and approximate time, without sharing confidential recipient or payment information.
