Shared governance, specific capabilities
Open AI usage & controls to review consumption, activity and access policies within your authorized scope. AI features are specific to supported workflows and module availability.
This page provides shared visibility and policy controls. It does not mean every module supports the same assistance or that AI output can be used without review.
Review usage
- Confirm the selected authorized scope in AI usage & controls.
- Open Usage summary and review the available consumption and reliability information.
- Use Recent activity to investigate the relevant operation rather than interpreting a summary alone.
- Compare chargeable activity with Credit Activity in Billing when reviewing credit consumption.
Confirm the authorized scope and reporting period before reading the summary. The demo has no AI activity in this period.
Configure access policies
Authorized administrators can set the available workspace or member/user policies. Review the subject, allowed modules and monthly token or credit limits before saving.
Monitor first records policy observations; Enforce applies the configured restrictions. Empty limits preserve current access. Choose the mode deliberately and review policy events after a change.
Review policy scope and limits, then deliberately choose Monitor first or Enforce. This capture does not save or activate a new policy.
Operational review remains necessary
- Review generated content before using it for customers or business decisions.
- Use supported AI features only within the permitted workspace and modules.
- Do not treat a shared policy as proof that an unavailable module feature is live.
If an operation is blocked
Review the selected scope, module availability, access policy and shared-credit balance. Check the policy event and displayed error before retrying.
If you cannot edit policies, ask an authorized administrator. Include only sanitized workflow details when seeking support; do not share confidential input or generated customer data.
