What a plan controls
Open Billing to review the current scope and plan summary. Plans determine access and limits for the modules and bundles shown in the current catalog.
Billing administration requires the relevant administrative access. An enabled module setting and a paid module entitlement are different: configuring routing does not grant plan access.
Choose a plan deliberately
- Confirm the tenant or workspace billing scope shown on screen.
- Open the plan selection page from Billing and compare the currently offered module plans and bundles.
- Review included modules, limits, recurring price and any add-ons in the displayed quote.
- Complete the available confirmation and payment flow only after reviewing the billing profile and totals.
- Return to Billing to verify the resulting plan status and module access.
Confirm the billing scope before opening plan management. Displayed balances are demo examples, not an included-plan promise.
Review changes before confirming
Use the actual quote and status displayed by the product for upgrades, renewals or other available changes. Do not infer proration, timing or discounts from a guide or an old screenshot.
Pending or unsuccessful payment does not establish active access. Review the order and subscription status before retrying or requesting support.
Availability and device differences
The catalog and permitted actions depend on the current account, billing scope and product availability. This guide does not promise a plan, module or price that is absent from your screen.
The iOS app displays platform billing information without external purchase or plan-management actions. Use the supported billing experience available to your account; device capabilities may differ.
If access has not changed
Confirm that you purchased for the intended scope, then review the order and plan status. Ask an authorized administrator to check the entitlement if the expected module remains unavailable.
Do not repeatedly submit payment while an order is unresolved. Share the visible order reference and sanitized error with support.
