Platform billing records
Open Billing → Billing Profile to review the business details used for platform billing. Orders contains the platform payment and invoice records available for the selected scope.
This profile is separate from workspace business identity and merchant payment-provider connections. Updating one does not mean that the others have changed.
Maintain the billing profile
- Confirm the scope and administrative access in Billing.
- Open Billing Profile and review the legal/business details and contact fields shown on screen.
- Enter approved billing information and any applicable tax details requested by the form.
- Save the profile and review the saved result before the next purchase.
- Open Orders to review the status and available records for the purchase you are reconciling.
Keep billing information accurate for future platform invoices. Existing address values are hidden in this capture.
Account details and configuration values are hidden.Use the recorded status
Review the displayed payment and invoice status for each order. A purchase attempt and a completed payment are different outcomes.
Changing profile information should not be assumed to rewrite already issued records. Review the relevant document and contact support when a historical billing correction is required.
Keep business collections separate
Customer invoices and collections belong to their relevant operational workflows. Platform Orders records your platform purchases rather than all payments collected by your business.
Purchase and plan-management controls depend on your role and supported device experience. iOS platform billing is informational.
If details or records are missing
Confirm the selected scope and your billing access. Use the visible order reference to identify the record rather than creating a second purchase.
If an issued record needs correction, contact support with the reference and corrected business details. Never share card data or provider secrets.
