Supported public experiences
Open Workspace settings → Business identity → Public page appearance. This configuration controls the shared identity presentation on supported customer-facing booking and intake pages.
Module-specific page content and operational configuration remain in their module. Shared appearance does not create a booking page, intake form or new module entitlement.
Configure the shared appearance
- Select the logo presentation shown in the editor and review the workspace name and assets.
- Review the action colors and other presentation controls available in the editor.
- Select a supported preview module and compare the desktop and narrow preview.
- Save the business identity settings, then review the actual supported public page before distributing its link.
Choose the brand presentation and compare it with the customer-facing preview in the same editor.
Shared identity and page overrides
Supported pages can use the workspace identity while keeping deliberate page or channel overrides. If a page shows a different lockup, check its own appearance configuration before changing the workspace default.
An appearance change affects presentation. It does not modify availability, permissions, billing or customer submissions.
Review as a customer
- Ensure the business name and primary action remain readable on a compact screen.
- Check contrast, logo clarity and the support or policy links customers will use.
- Review the actual page alongside the preview; the preview illustrates presentation rather than a completed customer workflow.
If the preview and page differ
Confirm that the page belongs to the same workspace and uses its shared identity. Review any explicit page branding override.
If the page is unavailable, check the relevant module’s publishing and availability settings. Changing shared appearance cannot activate an unpublished workflow.
