Terms of Use

Terms for using MeshDex One.

These Terms describe the baseline rules for accessing and using MeshDex One, the multi-module SaaS platform that currently includes live MeshDex Reach beta and MeshDex Ledger alpha workspaces.

Use of the service

You may use MeshDex One only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable email, privacy, payment, tax, accounting, data protection, and anti-abuse laws. MeshDex One is designed as a SaaS platform with module-specific workflows, including MeshDex Reach beta for email marketing and outreach operations and MeshDex Ledger alpha for finance, invoicing, billing, banking, reconciliation, and accounting operations.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and managing workspace access for your organization. Admins are responsible for member invites, module access, and billing controls.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use MeshDex One for spam, fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, or unlawful outreach.
  • Do not attempt to bypass permissions, rate limits, billing controls, or security mechanisms.
  • Do not upload data you do not have the right to process.
  • Do not interfere with service reliability or other customers’ use of the platform.

Live modules and beta availability

MeshDex Reach beta and MeshDex Ledger alpha are live modules inside MeshDex One. Other modules and some advanced workflows may remain in beta, alpha, or staged rollout. Features may change, move between modules, become limited, or be discontinued as the product matures.

MeshDex Reach and connected email accounts

When you connect Gmail or another email provider to MeshDex Reach, you confirm that you have the authority to connect that mailbox and authorize MeshDex One to use the permissions you approve for user-facing Reach features. These features may include sender setup, campaign sending, message drafting, reply tracking, inbox synchronization, campaign analytics, follow-up sequencing, deliverability workflows, and suppression or unsubscribe handling.

Email marketing responsibilities

You are responsible for your contacts, prospect lists, sender identities, templates, campaign content, sending behavior, and compliance choices. You must honor opt-outs and suppression lists, avoid deceptive headers or content, and comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and electronic communications laws in the jurisdictions where you and your recipients operate.

Billing and credits

Paid usage, credit packages, payment processing, invoices, refunds, and billing account controls may be governed by additional order, invoice, or payment terms shown inside the product.

MeshDex Ledger responsibilities

MeshDex Ledger alpha helps teams organize finance workflows such as chart of accounts, accounting periods, journals, customers, invoices, bills, taxes, payments, bank accounts, reconciliation, reports, and workspace preferences. You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered into the platform and for reviewing reports, invoices, bills, tax settings, reconciliation outputs, and accounting outputs before relying on them for legal, tax, audit, or filing purposes.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use of MeshDex One violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, harms deliverability, impacts platform reliability, violates connected-provider policies, or interferes with other customers. You may stop using MeshDex One at any time and may request deletion of eligible account or workspace data.
