Privacy Policy

Privacy, data use, and workspace control.

This Privacy Policy explains how MeshDex One handles account, workspace, billing, email marketing, connected mailbox, and module data across live MeshDex Reach beta and MeshDex Ledger alpha workspaces.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization details, workspace membership, role, billing context, support messages, security events, and product usage activity.

Module data

MeshDex Reach data may include prospects, campaign metadata, email templates, sender configuration, delivery events, replies, suppression records, access grants, and CSV source metadata uploaded or managed by your workspace. MeshDex Ledger alpha data may include chart of accounts records, accounting periods, journals, customers, invoices, bills, tax rates, products, bank accounts, bank transactions, reconciliations, reports, preferences, payments, and related finance workflow records.

Google and Gmail data

If you connect a Gmail account to MeshDex Reach, MeshDex One may request Google OAuth permissions including https://mail.google.com/ and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. These permissions may allow MeshDex One to read email messages and settings, compose drafts, send email, manage campaign-related mailbox actions, synchronize inbox threads, track replies, analyze campaign performance, and, where a user explicitly initiates or configures that action in the product, delete Gmail messages.

We request Gmail access only to provide visible MeshDex Reach features such as sender connection, campaign sending, draft preparation, reply detection, inbox views, follow-up sequencing, deliverability workflows, and campaign analytics.

How we use data

  • To provide, secure, and improve MeshDex One.
  • To authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions.
  • To process billing, credits, payments, invoices, and account administration.
  • To support campaign, sender, template, inbox, reporting, and audit workflows.
  • To support Ledger alpha workflows such as accounts, journals, invoices, bills, tax settings, payments, bank reconciliation, financial reports, and workspace finance preferences.
  • To respond to support, security, and operational requests.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

MeshDex One use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible in MeshDex Reach. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build unrelated user profiles.

Humans do not read Gmail content unless you give explicit consent for support, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or it is required by law. Access to Google user data is limited to authorized systems and personnel with a business need to operate, secure, or support the service.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell customer data, personal data, or Google user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, security, and support providers needed to operate the service, subject to confidentiality and security obligations. Workspace data is retained while your account or workspace remains active unless deletion is requested or required by law. Certain billing, ledger, tax, audit, fraud prevention, and security records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

Storage, security, and deletion

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, monitoring, and encryption in transit where supported. You can disconnect Gmail access through your Google Account permissions or through MeshDex One where available. Workspace admins may request deletion, export, or correction of eligible data by contacting [email protected]. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

Your choices

Workspace admins can manage members, roles, module access, sender visibility, data access policies, and certain workspace data settings. You may revoke Google OAuth access, disconnect integrations, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting the MeshDex team using the Contact page.
